Alcohol and illegal drugs are not permitted in any of our residences. This ensures every resident can live in a calm, predictable space that supports personal progress, accountability, and well-being.

All core utilities — including electricity, water, and gas — are covered. This allows residents to manage their finances more effectively while enjoying a worry-free, comfortable living environment.
light housekeeping
Our homes are maintained to promote respect, cleanliness, and shared responsibility. Light professional cleaning is provided, covering common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
Private & shared bedrooms
Our homes are designed for shared living, giving residents the chance to build trust, support one another, and feel part of something larger than themselves — not isolated or forgotten.

Reliable internet is included in every Bonavis residence. This supports job searching, telehealth, education, communication with family and caseworkers, online banking, and access to important government and veteran services.
24/7 Security
The safety of every resident is non-negotiable. Our homes are equipped with protective measures like locks, secure entry systems, video monitoring in shared spaces, and on-call trained support staff.

Each home also includes on-site laundry facilities, available on scheduled days, so residents can easily take care of personal needs without leaving the property.

If you’re accepted, we coordinate payment, membership contract, house and room assignment, and house guidelines to ensure a smooth transition into the home.
move in
Resident moves into a fully furnished Bonavis home and becomes part of a safe, structured, and God-centered living community.
