What this program is (and is NOt)

Bonavis homes are designed for individuals who can live independently and manage their own daily needs such as hygiene, meals, medications, and transportation.

To be clear, Bonavis Enterprises is an independent living housing program.
We do not provide:
✔ Medical care or nursing services
✔ Assisted living support
✔ Clinical therapy or treatment services

If a person requires daily medical supervision or hands-on caregiving, this program may not be the best fit.

Residents are expected to be considerate of others, follow house guidelines, and contribute to a calm and orderly environment.

If you’re a caseworker, family member, or referral partner seeking stable housing for someone in need, we welcome your referral. If you are applying for yourself, we’re honored to review your request.

What to Expect After You Apply

Step 1: Intake & Eligibility Review – We confirm independence and program fit.

Step 2: Placement & Onboarding – We coordinate payment, documents, and house guidelines.

Step 3: Move-In – Residents transition into a furnished, managed Bonavis home.

Fees & Monthly Cost


✔ Shared bedroom placement $1,200/month
$200 one-time, non-refundable Community Enrollment Fee due upon acceptance
✔ Month-to-month housing (continued stay is based on program guidelines and good standing)
